Our subscriptions are divided into two categories: block cards & time cards. The class size for the Bikram Yoga classes is limited to 15 & for all other classes to a maximum of 12 participants. This is how we guarantee an optimal & personal tuition for every student.

Tips for your first visit

>> WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE STUDIO?

Our front desk is open 15 minutes before class starts. Please come to the studio in good time for your first class so that we can briefly introduce you to our current studio guidelines.

>> WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER BEFORE MY FIRST CLASS?

Drink plenty of water throughout the day & refrain from eating heavy food up to 3 hours before class starts. Yoga & a full stomach are not a match.

>> YOUR FIRST EVER YOGA CLASS?

Be patient with yourself & give your body the time it needs to get adjusted to the warmth in the Yoga room. Your aim for the 1st class is to stay in the room & to practice the postures as well as you're able. Even in Yoga, no master has fallen from the sky yet.

>> WHICH CLASS SHOULD I PICK?

Our BIKRAM, CURE & CORE classes are very suitable if you are new to Yoga. If you already have some Yoga experience, we also recommend the FUSION class after a month of regular BIKRAM & CORE practice. Our CURE classes can also be practiced during pregnancy or even with acute injuries.

>> TIPS FOR AFTER YOUR CLASS

After the class it is important to drink plenty to provide your body with important minerals & then come back to Yoga as soon as possible, because the more often you practice, the less likely your body will fall back into old habits & of course the faster you'll make progress & notice changes.
