Our yoga system consists of more than 10 perfectly coordinated classes. The individual classes are based on the same 26 basic positions & vary in focus, duration & intensity. For a continuous & safe yoga practice, the basic positions are built into each class in a different way. More than 200 other positions and exercises ensure variety as well as strength, endurance and balance in body and mind.

YOGA CURE

CORE
Our yoga-inspired fitness classes for a demanding, effective workout to strengthen the muscles & with everything that modern sports science has to offer.
Variety and surprise are required to always lure body and mind out of their reserves. For optimal training success, we put together each class individually with circuits, tabata intervals, various supersets, cardio, and much more according to different focuses. The result is highly effective workouts that guarantee you visible and noticeable success.

ON
Special classes that revolve around a very specific topic or individual positions. In these classes you will learn specific skills and techniques to deepen your practice in the long term.
ON stands for "onwards", depending on the focus, all classes are designed in such a way that you deepen your practice on all levels with alternating intensities in each hour.
Classes: ON - Arm Balancing [Level 3]; ON - Deep Hip Opening [Level 1]; ON - Spine Mobility [Level 2]
LEVEL 1
These classes are suitable for all levels & are especially recommended if you are new to yoga. Level 1 courses teach the basics of yoga & the principles of physical alignment in the postures (Āsana). They create a solid foundation for a safe & efficient yoga practice for new yogis & yoginis & at the same time experienced yogis & yoginis get a new perspective on the Āsana basics.
LEVEL 2
We recommend Level 2 classes if you already have yoga experience or have been practicing with us regularly for a few weeks as a beginner. The classes require body awareness and a certain level of physical fitness and stamina.
LEVEL 3
For our experienced yogis & yoginis who want to deepen their practice. Level 3 classes focus on arm balancing positions, deep backbends, inversions & hip openers. Participation therefore requires a certain amount of strength and flexibility.
